How much of your working day do we share?
We work 09:00 to 18:00 India time, Monday to Friday. For Central Europe that means our whole team is online through your morning and early afternoon, which is enough for daily stand-ups, reviews and quick decisions without anyone working at night.

Offshore or nearshore: which is right for a European company?
Nearshore teams in Poland, Romania or Portugal share your time zone almost completely, and that is worth paying for when your process needs constant real-time collaboration. Offshore teams in India cost less and still overlap four and a half to five and a half hours with Central Europe, which suits most product work: scoped features, sprint demos, async reviews and a weekly planning call.
Choose offshore when you want to stretch a budget across a longer roadmap or add capacity next to an in-house team. Choose nearshore if every developer must join long workshops in your afternoon or travel to your office often. We are glad to tell you honestly which fits your project better.

How do you meet GDPR requirements when developers are in India?
India does not have an EU adequacy decision, so GDPR treats personal data sent there as an international transfer. The usual route is the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) plus a transfer impact assessment on your side, with a data processing agreement under Article 28 setting out what we may do with the data.
We keep the amount of personal data we touch as small as possible. Development and testing run on synthetic or anonymised data, production stays in your EU cloud region (for example Frankfurt, Dublin or Stockholm), access is granted per person and logged, and we remove access when the engagement ends. Your data protection officer gets the documents they need before we start.

What working together looks like
Every project starts with a discovery call and a written scope. After approval we work in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one, and you see the board, the repository and the staging environment the whole time. You have one technical lead who answers your questions directly, and the team writes documentation as it goes, so a future in-house team can take over without a long handover.
How much does offshore software development cost for a European company?
Projects start from $1000 and are priced on scope after a discovery call. The biggest cost drivers are the number of platforms (web, iOS, Android), integrations with your existing systems, AI model usage and any compliance work such as audit logging or data residency.
We do not publish a single price list because two projects with the same name can differ by ten times in effort. Instead, send us a short description and we will come back with a range, the assumptions behind it and the parts we would cut from a first release to keep it affordable.
