How much of your working day do we share?
Our team works 09:00 to 18:00 India time, Monday to Friday. That covers the whole UK morning, which is when we hold stand-ups, demos and planning calls. Anything you send in the UK afternoon is usually picked up first thing the next morning, so work keeps moving overnight.

Why do UK companies work with a development team in India?
Most of the UK founders and product owners who contact us are trying to get more built without hiring a full in-house team in London. A senior UK developer is a large fixed cost, and agencies in the UK quote day rates that make an MVP or a second product hard to justify. An India-based team changes that maths, as long as communication and quality hold up.
The usual worry is not cost. It is whether the team will understand the product, write code that a future UK hire can maintain, and stay reachable. How does a project with a UK team run day to day?
We start with a discovery call in your morning, then send a written scope with features, assumptions, a timeline and a price or budget range. Once you approve it, work runs in two-week sprints. You get a short written update most days, a demo at the end of every sprint, and a shared board where you can see what is in progress.
You talk to the people building your product, not an account manager in between. Calls run on Google Meet, Teams or Zoom, and most UK clients use Slack or Teams with us day to day.
How do you handle UK GDPR when the team is in India?
Under UK GDPR you stay the data controller and we act as your processor, so the paperwork has to reflect that. India does not have UK adequacy status, which means personal data sent to us needs an approved transfer mechanism. In practice that is the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, backed by a transfer risk assessment.
On the engineering side we keep personal data out of development wherever we can by using test or anonymised data, give access only to the people who need it, keep production systems in your cloud account (for example AWS London or Azure UK South), and log who can reach what. We sign a data processing agreement alongside the NDA and contract.

Who owns the code, and what does the contract look like?
You own the source code, designs and documentation, and the contract says so. Code lives in your GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket organisation, and cloud accounts are opened in your company's name, so nothing depends on us. We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. Many UK clients prefer the agreement under English law; tell us what your solicitor needs and we work with it.

Projects with Limbani Softwares start from $1000, and the final price depends on scope: the number of features, platforms, integrations and the level of security or compliance you need. We quote in US dollars after a short discovery call and a written scope.
For comparison, a 2026 UK agency guide puts a typical MVP at £10,000 to £25,000 and a full production product at £30,000 to £150,000 when built by a UK agency. Those are UK agency figures, not our prices. An India-based team usually costs less for the same scope, but the bigger saving comes from cutting the first release down to what you need to test with real users.
