For GCC companies
Software Development for Companies in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain
Limbani Softwares builds web platforms, mobile apps and AI features for companies in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Our in-house team in India overlaps six to seven and a half hours with the Gulf on shared working days, designs systems around each country's data protection rules and hosting needs, and prices each project on scope from $1000.
Working hours
How much of your working day do we share?
The work week in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain runs Sunday to Thursday and ours runs Monday to Friday, so we plan meetings for Monday to Thursday and use Sunday to collect questions for Monday morning.
| Location | Time zone | Shared hours |
|---|---|---|
| Doha, Kuwait City, Manama | UTC+3 | 09:00 to 15:30 local time, Monday to Thursday |
| Muscat | UTC+4 | 09:00 to 16:30 local time, Monday to Thursday |
Why GCC companies work with a development team in India
Across the smaller Gulf markets, companies often need one or two strong products rather than a large permanent IT department. A team in India gives you senior engineers for the length of the project, close enough in time zone to work together every day, without the cost and delay of hiring locally.
We already build for the region. Our platform for Neo Mobility runs an EV fleet business across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, so we know the practical side of Gulf projects: bilingual interfaces, residency and document workflows, and hosting decisions driven by data protection rules.
What we build for companies in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain
Common projects:
- Customer apps for retail, hospitality and services, with booking and payments
- Operations and field-service platforms with document and compliance tracking
- E-commerce stores and marketplaces
- AI assistants for customer service and lead qualification
- ERP, CRM and inventory systems that fit your processes
- Support and maintenance for existing systems
How do you handle data protection in each country?
Each market has its own rules. Qatar has the Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016), Bahrain has its Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018), and Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) took effect in 2023. Kuwait does not yet have one comprehensive privacy law; its telecom regulator CITRA has issued data privacy rules for ICT service providers.
Your legal team decides what applies to you. We build so those obligations are simple to meet: hosting in a Gulf cloud region where residency is needed, no personal data in development or testing, role-based access with audit logs, and a data processing agreement and NDA before any sensitive information is shared.
- Gulf-region cloud hosting in your own account when needed
- Personal data kept out of development and testing
- Role-based access and audit logs
- Bilingual Arabic and English content support, confirmed during scoping
How the project runs
We start with a discovery call and a written scope covering features, assumptions, a timeline and the price. Work runs in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. You have one technical lead as your direct contact, and you own the code, designs and cloud accounts from the start.
What does software development cost for a company in the Gulf?
Projects start from $1000 and are priced on scope. Bilingual interfaces, local payment gateways, hosting requirements and AI features all add effort, and we list each of them in the scope so you can see what drives the price.
If budget is tight, we propose a smaller first release that proves the core workflow, then plan later phases once you have real users and data.
Work we can show you
When we are not the right fit
We would rather say this now than waste your time. Look for a different partner if:
- Your contract requires a locally registered vendor.
- You need developers working on site in your office.
- All development access must stay inside your country, not only the hosting.
