For companies in Saudi Arabia
Software and App Development for Companies in Saudi Arabia
Limbani Softwares builds web platforms, mobile apps and AI features for companies in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across Saudi Arabia. Our in-house team in India is 2.5 hours ahead of Riyadh, overlaps about six and a half hours Monday to Thursday, designs for PDPL requirements and in-Kingdom hosting, and prices on scope from $1000.
Working hours
How much of your working day do we share?
The Saudi work week runs Sunday to Thursday and ours runs Monday to Friday, so we share four full days. We plan sprint demos and decisions for Monday to Thursday, and use Sunday messages to line up work for Monday morning.
| Location | Time zone | Shared hours |
|---|---|---|
| Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam (AST) | UTC+3 | 09:00 to 15:30 Saudi time, Monday to Thursday |
Why Saudi companies are investing in custom software now
Vision 2030 has pushed digital services across logistics, retail, health, tourism and mobility, and many Saudi companies need software that fits local processes instead of generic tools. That often means Arabic and English interfaces, integration with local payment and identity services, and hosting that meets data residency expectations.
We bring practical regional experience. Our Neo Mobility platform manages drivers across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, including Iqama, visa and licence tracking, which taught us how much of a product's value in the Kingdom comes from getting compliance workflows right.
What we build for Saudi clients
Typical projects:
- Fleet, logistics and workforce platforms with document and compliance tracking
- Customer apps for iOS and Android with payments and bookings
- E-commerce and marketplace platforms
- AI chatbots and assistants for customer service in Arabic and English (confirmed during scoping)
- ERP and CRM systems adapted to your operations
- Management dashboards that combine finance and operations data
How do you handle the PDPL, data residency and cybersecurity rules?
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law is enforced by SDAIA and sets conditions for processing personal data and for transferring it outside the Kingdom. Organisations in government and critical sectors also follow the National Cybersecurity Authority's controls. Your legal and security teams own those obligations; our job is to build a system that makes meeting them straightforward.
That means production hosted in a Saudi cloud region when required, personal data kept out of development and testing, role-based access and audit logs for every administrator action, and documentation of where data is stored and who can reach it. We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before receiving any sensitive information.
- In-Kingdom cloud hosting in your own account when data residency is required
- No personal data in development or test environments
- Role-based access, audit logging and encrypted storage
- Documentation your compliance team can review
Local integrations
Saudi products often need local services such as mada card payments, Apple Pay and STC Pay, SMS gateways, and national identity or address services. We integrate these through the providers' APIs where access is available to you, and we list every integration in the scope so the estimate includes setup and testing.
How much does custom software development cost for a Saudi company?
Projects start from $1000 and are priced on scope after a discovery call. Bilingual interfaces, local payment and identity integrations, in-Kingdom hosting and security reviews all add effort, so we list each one in the written scope rather than hiding it in a single number.
We usually suggest phasing: a focused first release that proves the main workflow, then later phases for extra roles, integrations and reporting. It keeps early spending low and lets real usage decide what comes next.
Work we can show you
When we are not the right fit
We would rather say this now than waste your time. Look for a different partner if:
- Your project must be delivered by a company registered in Saudi Arabia.
- You need developers working from your Riyadh office.
- All development access, not just hosting, must stay inside the Kingdom.
