How much of your working day do we share?
Our team works 09:00 to 18:00 India time, Monday to Friday, which covers the US East Coast morning. We hold stand-ups and demos in that window, send a written update at the end of our day, and use the overnight gap to our advantage: feedback you give in the afternoon is usually in staging by your next morning. For West Coast clients we schedule one daily call in the early morning Pacific time and rely on written updates for the rest.
