The Challenge: Why Did Recruiters Need Scan2Hire?
Recruitment teams were screening resumes by hand. As job openings and applications grew, reviews became slow, inconsistent and hard to compare because resume data was unstructured. Admins, managers and recruiters also needed different levels of access, and the business wanted to sell the product as a subscription. On the job seeker side, candidates needed a quick way to make their resumes readable by applicant tracking systems. Scan2Hire needed one reliable platform that could handle AI screening, role-based workflows, analytics and payments.
How Does the Scan2Hire Platform Work?
Scan2Hire Pro gives every hiring role its own workspace. Admins manage users, permissions, subscriptions, credits and analytics. Managers post jobs and oversee candidates. Recruiters work through assigned jobs, candidate pipelines and interviews, with Google Calendar integration and notifications. Scan2Hire Seekers is a Next.js and FastAPI web app where a job seeker uploads or pastes a resume, the AI engine rewrites and scores it for ATS compatibility, and the result is previewed live and exported as DOCX or PDF after payment through PayPal or M-Pesa.
