Neo Mobility runs electric delivery and taxi fleets for businesses across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, so its drivers are a core part of the service. A cross-border fleet is a compliance problem as much as a logistics one. Every driver carries a passport, an Emirates ID or Iqama, a visa and one or more driving licences, and each document has its own expiry date. One lapsed document can take a driver off the road and put a client contract at risk. Neo also needed to see earnings, expenses and profit alongside driver and vehicle utilisation, instead of piecing it together from spreadsheets.
How Does the Neo Driver Management Platform Work?
HR teams onboard each driver through a step-by-step flow that records personal details, identity documents, licences with expiry dates and scanned uploads, then assigns a vehicle, a project and a salary package. From that point, the platform tracks every document automatically and flags anything that is expiring or expired. Each driver profile brings together the assigned vehicle, project, payroll, document status, activity history and grievances, so operations, fleet, finance and support teams all work from the same record.
