How We Supported the CO3 Social Office Coworking Community App
CO3 Social Office is a pioneering coworking space in Kuala Lumpur, co-founded by Sin Chew Media and a group of Malaysian and Bruneian entrepreneurs around three values: community, collaboration and connectivity. Limbani Softwares maintained and improved the CO3 mobile app, which members use to book meeting rooms, join events and workshops, and pay with scan-to-pay, and kept its content up to date.

The Challenge: Why Does a Coworking Space Need a Great App?
A coworking space sells more than desks. CO3's value comes from its community, so members need an easy way to book rooms, discover events, meet people and pay for services. The app had to stay reliable and current as new spaces, programs and membership options were introduced.

How Do Members Use the CO3 App?
Members book meeting rooms by time and size, browse the week's workshops and social events, and register in a tap. At the café or front desk, they scan a QR code to pay. Their membership plan, renewal date and credit balance are always visible in the app.

What Did Our Support Involve?
We maintained the app on iOS and Android, fixed issues, kept it compatible with new operating system versions and published new content whenever CO3 needed it. This let the CO3 team focus on growing its community while members enjoyed a dependable app.
