Users can search and browse CME courses from different providers without bouncing between five tabs and three logins. Everything lives in one place.
Personalised Suggestions AI
The app looks at what someone does for a living, what they have already taken, and what they seem to care about, and then suggests courses that actually fit. No more scrolling through 400 unrelated results to find the three you needed.
Credit Tracking That Actually Tracks
CME credits get logged automatically based on each user's state and profession. The numbers stay accurate in real time, so when somebody asks "where do I stand?" the answer is right there.
Community Learning Platform
Users can connect with other professionals, swap recommendations, and pick up tips from people who have already done the courses. It turns CME from a solo grind into something a bit more useful and a lot less lonely.

Technologies & Tools
The mobile app was built with React Native, so iOS and Android both run from the same codebase without one of them feeling like an afterthought. The backend runs on the MERN stack, which handles all the data, the user profiles, and the messy compliance logic without slowing things down. Everything sits on a cloud setup that scales as more users join, and the whole platform is built to stay fast and secure even with a lot of people using it at once.

Problem
If you are a doctor, nurse, or PA, you already know the story. CME credits are scattered across half a dozen platforms. Every state has its own rules, and most of those rules read like a tax document written by a committee. Finding the right courses is its own scavenger hunt, because every provider has their own catalogue, their own login, and their own way of doing things. So what do most people end up doing? Tracking it all manually. Spreadsheets. Sticky notes. The hope-and-pray method. And every year, somebody somewhere misses a deadline because the system was built to be confusing. The whole thing eats up time that should have been spent actually learning something useful, or you know, sleeping.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was the statewise rules. Every US state has its own CME requirements, and those requirements change based on profession, license type, and renewal cycle. Turning all of that into something a user does not have to think about was the real puzzle. We had to build a system smart enough to apply the right rule to the right user automatically, and keep it accurate in real time, without making the app feel heavy or confusing. It was the kind of work that does not show up on a feature list but absolutely makes or breaks the product.
Project Requirements
The client came to us with a clear goal. Make CME management easier. Pull everything into one system. Cut out the manual work. Make it reliable enough that healthcare professionals can stop worrying about whether they are on track. Simple to say, less simple to actually build, but that was the brief and that was what we delivered.
