Challenges

We built it as a single Flutter codebase so the experience stayed consistent across Android and iOS, and structured the backend to keep profiles secure and the calculations fast.

CO2 Offset Club needed a scalable mobile platform that could accurately calculate a user's carbon footprint, store profiles securely in the cloud, and keep users engaged for the long term — all while running identically on Android and iOS. Most importantly, the app had to connect individual action to the client's real offset initiatives, making sustainability feel achievable rather than abstract.
